Examples: surprise birthday — please don't greet the guest of honour by name; wedding reception with plated dinner, DJ, and dancing; small casual corporate team dinner, no AV needed. Mention anything not already covered by the agreement above (cake table, sound system, decorations, vendors, special requests, etc.). The more details, the better.
